It is completely normal to feel concerned if your tracking number isn’t showing any information immediately. If you just received your shipping confirmation email and the tracking link isn’t working yet, please don’t worry—your package is safe!
Here is why this happens and what you should do:
1. System Synchronization Delay When we print your shipping label and prepare your package for pickup, our system automatically sends you the tracking number. However, the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) may not scan the package into their system until it reaches their sorting facility.
-
The Solution: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carrier’s website to update with the initial tracking details.
2. Weekends and Holidays If your tracking number was generated on a Friday evening or during a holiday weekend, the carrier may not pick up or scan the package until the following business day.
3. What should you do next?
-
Wait and Refresh: Most tracking numbers become active within 48 hours of being issued.
-
Check again after 3 days: If after 3 business days the tracking number still shows “Not Found” or “Pre-Shipment,” please reach out to us immediately.
How to contact us for tracking issues: If your number is still not working after the 3-day waiting period, please visit our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected].
Provide us with your Order ID, and our logistics team will personally investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier to ensure everything is on track!
