1. If We Made a Mistake (Free Replacement)
We guarantee the accuracy of our products. If the item you received has the wrong measurements compared to our official size guide, we will immediately send you a free replacement in the correct size at no extra cost to you.
2. If You Want a Different Size (Additional Fee)
If the item you received matches the exact size you originally ordered, but you decide you need a different size, we can still help! We can craft and send you a new item in your preferred size for an additional fee (which covers the new production and shipping costs).
