Every Oh Canvas item is made-to-order, meaning it is printed and handcrafted specifically for you. Total delivery time consists of Processing Time (3 – 7 business days) plus Shipping Time (7 – 12 business days). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

1. Processing Time (Production)

Because your items are personalized, they require a dedicated production period to ensure they meet our quality standards:

• Standard Processing: 2 – 5 business days.

• Order Modifications: If you request a change to your design or address within the allowed window, please note that production time will be extended by an additional 1 – 2 business days.

• What happens: This stage includes design verification, high-quality printing, and a final quality check before packaging.

2. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Once processing is complete and your package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3 – 7 business days.

• International: 5 – 7 business days (please allow extra time for customs-related delays in certain regions).

Note: Shipping time does not include the 2 – 5 business days required for production.

3. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email the moment your package is prepared for dispatch.
