• Standard Processing: 2 – 5 business days.

• Order Modifications: If you submit a request to change your design, size, or address within our allowed window, please allow an additional 2 – 4 business days for our team to update the production files.

• During Peak Seasons: Processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Christmas).

• What happens during this stage: This phase includes design verification, high-quality printing, framing, and a final quality control inspection.

2. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Once your order has been carefully crafted and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:

• United States: 3 – 7 business days.

• Outside the USA: Delivery typically takes 5 – 7 business days, depending on your local carrier and customs processing times.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight and the final destination of your order.

• Package Protection: We highly recommend selecting this option at checkout. It provides extra security against your order being lost or damaged during transit.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package is picked up by the carrier.
