If you have checked both your inbox and Spam/Junk folders and cannot locate any order confirmation email, it is highly likely that your order did not go through successfully. This often happens if the checkout page was closed prematurely or if there was a brief connection interruption before the final confirmation screen loaded.
What about the charge on my card? Please don’t worry! If your order was incomplete, the charge you are currently seeing on your credit card or bank statement is likely a “pending authorization hold”, not an actual completed charge.
When you attempt to make a purchase, the system temporarily holds the funds. Since the order did not finalize, our system will not capture that payment. The pending hold will automatically drop off, and the funds will be released back into your account (this usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s policies). You can contact your bank directly to confirm this.
How do I get my items? Because the transaction was not completed, your customized design was not saved in our system as an active order. To receive your personalized items, you will simply need to revisit our website, recreate your design, and place a new order.
