1. How special characters can affect your order

Design and Font Compatibility: We use a wide variety of beautiful fonts to make your custom canvas unique. Unfortunately, not all fonts support special characters. If a chosen font does not recognize a character you typed, it will display as a blank square or a question mark on the artwork.

Shipping Address Errors: Many international shipping carriers use automated systems that only recognize the standard English/Latin Alphabet (A-Z). If your shipping address contains special characters, their system might scramble the information, leading to delivery failures or packages being returned.
2. How to avoid these issues
To ensure your order is printed perfectly and delivered without a hitch, please follow these guidelines:

Review your preview carefully: Always double-check the live preview before adding the item to your cart. If you see square boxes instead of your text, please try using standard letters or removing the accents.

Use the Latin Alphabet for shipping: Please write your full name and shipping address at checkout entirely in the standard English/Latin alphabet.

Modify your order quickly: If you have already placed an order and realized it contains problematic special characters, please kindly fill out THIS FORM within 2 hours of purchase so we can update it immediately.

We want your personalized item to be absolutely perfect! During the design fulfillment process, if our team detects any issues with the special characters or fonts on your order, our design staff will contact you directly via email. We will work with you to adjust the design and will ask for your confirmation until you are 100% satisfied with how it looks.
