2. Delivery Timeline: What to expect
Since every Oh Canvas product is uniquely handcrafted, your order goes through two distinct stages:

Production Time (3 – 7 business days): This includes customizing your design, high-quality printing, and a final quality inspection.

Shipping Time (7 – 15 business days): This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your destination, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery: Usually within 10 – 22 business days from your purchase date.
3. Why is my tracking not updating?
Don’t worry if you don’t see movement every day! Here are common reasons for tracking gaps:

“Pre-shipment” or “Label Created”: Your artwork is finished and securely packed. It is currently at our facility waiting for the carrier’s scheduled pickup.

International Transit: If your package is moving between countries, tracking may not update while it is on a ship/plane or being processed by Customs. Updates will resume once it is scanned by your local post office.

Standard Gaps: It is completely normal for tracking to stay the same for 3-5 business days during long-distance transit.
