Here are the most common reasons why this happens and how you can quickly fix it:
1. Incomplete Loading / Slow Internet Connection Our live preview feature generates a high-quality mockup of your specific design in real-time. If your internet connection is unstable or slow, the page might time out before the preview can fully load, resulting in a faded image or a question mark.

How to fix: Please check your internet or Wi-Fi connection, refresh the product page, and give it a few extra seconds to fully load all your custom details.
2. Browser Cache and Cookies Conflicts Sometimes, older data stored in your web browser (cache and cookies) can conflict with our website’s design tool, preventing the preview image from displaying correctly.

How to fix: Try clearing your browser’s cache. (Usually found by going to your Browser History -> Clear Browsing Data -> Make sure “Cookies” and “Cached images/files” are selected -> Click Clear). Once cleared, reload the page and try customizing your item again.
3. Device or Browser Compatibility Occasionally, mobile phone browsers may struggle to process and render highly complex custom previews, especially designs that involve multiple photo uploads or extensive text modifications.
