Free of Charge: If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is of low quality due to our error, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost (shipping is on us!).

Additional Fees Apply: If the replacement is requested for reasons that are not our fault—such as wanting a different size, switching to a different product, or changing the custom design—you will be responsible for the new shipping fee and any price difference.
