After this strict 2-hour window, your order is locked and sent to our production team, meaning the design can no longer be modified.
1. If you are within the 2-hour window We offer a quick and easy way for you to submit your changes so you don’t have to wait:

Fill in your correct order information (Name, Email, Order ID).

Under the “Reason” or “Subject” drop-down menu, select “I need to edit my order I just placed” (or select the cancellation option if you wish to cancel).

Clearly type your requested changes (e.g., New Size, New Custom Name, or Updated Quote) in the description box.

Once our team updates your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the newly corrected details!
2. If the 2-hour window has passed At Oh Canvas, we begin the production of your personalized items almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Our Policy: Once the 2-hour mark has passed, we cannot change the design, size, frame, or custom text.

Why? Each canvas is uniquely made to order. Once production starts, the high-quality materials are already cut, stretched, and printed specifically for you, making it impossible to reuse them for another order.
3. Important: Regarding Email Communications To ensure your modification requests are actually received and processed in time, please note:

Official Channel (✔): All modification requests must be sent directly through our Contact Us form or emailed to our official support team at [email protected].

Avoid Marketing Emails (❌): Do NOT reply to promotional newsletters or automated marketing emails. These are unmonitored “no-reply” addresses, and our team will not receive your message. We cannot be held responsible for production delays or incorrect orders if messages are sent to the wrong address.
4. Change of Shipping Address If you only need to update your shipping address (and not the design) after the 2-hour window has passed:
