1. Check the 2-Hour Window Policy Because our personalized canvases are custom-made and processed very quickly to ensure fast delivery, your order is only eligible to be canceled within 2 hours of placing it. * After this 2-hour window, the order is locked for production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If you have already received a tracking number, the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled.
2. Create a ticket for your request Fill in your accurate order details (Name, Email, Order ID). In the topic selection, choose “I need to cancel my order I just placed” to indicate your request.

3. Choose a specific reason A new drop-down list will appear. Please select the specific reason why you want to cancel your order (e.g., ordered by mistake, found a better price, shipping time is too long, etc.). This helps us improve our services!

What happens next? After submitting the form, you will see a success notification on your screen indicating that we have received your request.
