The Billing Address acts as a one-time security measure required by your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal to authorize the transaction and prevent fraud. Once your payment is successfully processed and approved, this billing information is permanently locked in our secure system and simply does not need to be updated.

2. Will this affect my delivery? No, absolutely not. Please rest assured that:

• We ship your personalized canvas strictly based on the Shipping Address you provided at checkout.

• We never include paper receipts or pricing information inside the package, and your Billing Address is never printed on the outside shipping label.

3. What if my Shipping Address is also wrong? If you realize that the actual destination for your package (the Shipping Address) is incorrect, you need to act fast!
