Once your personalized order has been handcrafted and is ready to ship, we will automatically send a Shipping Confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep!
1. When will I receive it?
Since every Oh Canvas item is custom-made, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. You will receive your tracking number immediately after this production phase is complete.
2. I haven’t received the email yet. What should I do?
If it has been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see your tracking information, please check the following:

Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes, automated shipping emails can be filtered there by your email provider.

Verify your email address: It’s possible there was a small typo in your email address during the checkout process, which would prevent our updates from reaching you.

Order Status: Your order might still be in the final stages of our quality control and printing process.
3. Still can’t find it?
If you have checked your folders and it has been over 10 business days since your purchase, please reach out to us!
Simply visit our Contact Us page. Please provide your Order ID and the Full Name used for the purchase so our support team can quickly locate your tracking details and resend them to you.
